Basic plan: 5–7 business days. Express plan: as fast as 3 business days. Police-station processing alone takes 3–5 business days, so the timeline cannot be shortened further. Please request early if you are in a hurry.
In Saitama, you also need to cover the revenue stamps: ¥2,200 for the application fee and ¥500 for the parking sticker = ¥2,700 total. No other surcharges (travel fees for the Outside Area plan are already included).
We provide a template and guide you on how to approach the property manager or landowner. In some cases a copy of the rental contract is acceptable. Please consult us for free first.
